OVERVIEW

Welcome to SHADOWOATHS. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to SHADOWOATHS (Org. No. 936 994 776), registered in Norway.

SHADOWOATHS operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the “Services”).

Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

1. ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make purchases.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided (name, address, payment details, etc.) is accurate and up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2. PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION

We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as possible.

However:

  • Colors may vary depending on screen settings.

  • Minor production variations may occur.

  • Fit and sizing may vary slightly.

All product descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION

When you place an order, you submit a binding offer to purchase.

A binding agreement is formed only when you receive an order confirmation email from SHADOWOATHS.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of:

  • Pricing errors

  • Suspected fraud

  • Technical errors

  • Stock unavailability

If we cancel your order, any payment will be refunded.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are listed in NOK unless otherwise stated.

SHADOWOATHS is currently not registered for VAT.

If VAT registration becomes applicable, prices will be updated accordingly.

Payment must be completed before the order is shipped.

You confirm that:

  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method.

  • The payment information provided is accurate.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carriers

  • Customs

  • Force majeure events

  • Circumstances outside our control

Risk transfers to you when the goods are delivered to you.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (ANGRERETT – NORWAY & EEA)

If you are a consumer residing in the EEA, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection law.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal:

Conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in original condition.

  • Hygiene-sensitive garments may be excluded if the seal is broken.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned goods.

7. DEFECTS AND COMPLAINTS (REKLAMASJON)

Under Norwegian consumer law, you have the right to complain about defects for up to:

  • 2 years (standard goods)

  • 5 years (if the product is meant to last significantly longer)

If a product has a defect, you may be entitled to:

  • Repair

  • Replacement

  • Price reduction

  • Refund

You must notify us within a reasonable time after discovering the defect.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website — including logos, graphics, text, designs and product artwork — is the property of SHADOWOATHS and protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may not reproduce, distribute or exploit any content without prior written permission.

We are not responsible for:

  • Third-party services

  • Content or transactions outside our website

10. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

SHADOWOATHS is powered by Shopify.

All purchases are made directly with SHADOWOATHS.

Shopify is not responsible for:

  • Product defects

  • Delivery issues

  • Disputes between you and SHADOWOATHS

You release Shopify from claims related to purchases made through our store.

11. PRIVACY

All personal data is processed in accordance with:

  • Norwegian data protection law

  • The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

Shopify may process personal data as part of hosting and operating the store.

12. FEEDBACK

Disputes shall be resolved in Norwegian courts.
