REFUND & RETURN POLICY – SHADOWOATHS

SHADOWOATHS is operated by Pettersen Commerce (Org. No. 936 994 776), Norway.


1. 30-Day Return Policy (Voluntary Return)

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unworn

  • All original tags must be attached

  • The product must be in original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase

Returns must be requested before being sent.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


2. European Union – 14 Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EEA, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you receive the goods.

Returned goods must be:

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • Properly packaged

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.


3. Damaged or Defective Items (Reklamasjon)

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us immediately at info@shadowoaths.com.

Under Norwegian consumer law, you may have up to:

  • 2 years complaint right (standard goods)

  • 5 years if the product is intended to last significantly longer

We will assess the issue and offer repair, replacement, or refund as required by law.


4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used garments

  • Items showing signs of wear

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items (unless defective)

For hygiene reasons, intimate garments may not be returned once worn.


5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To receive a different size or product, return the original item and place a new order.


6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: up to 10 business days

  • Your bank may take additional time to post the refund
